I love human beings. Whether we’re talking about users, teams, or leaders – we’re all humans that need information, design, support, and the confidence to move forward. Helping people accomplish what they want to do, that’s where I get my joy and my energy.
Sparking fast, confident decisions is my superpower.
My priority is effective decision making in the areas of user experience, market research, design, analytics, accessibility, development, or process. If we can make effective decisions, we can get to where we want to be.

Author of the seminal work, Beyond the Five-User Assumption, which was incorporated into the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s guidelines on human subjects testing of medical devices.
Co-author of the first high school curriculum in UX! Course approved by Texas Education Agency and begun Fall 2019.
